Representatives of Turkish Cities meet their
Russian counterparts in St. Petersburg
The information meeting organized by the St.-Petersburg Commercial and
Industrial Chamber (SPb ТПП) was held on September
25 in with participation of Turkish Association of Local
administrations on Technological Researches and Development (MITAGED).
The Turkish delegation visiting St. Petersburg to study the municipal
services of city also paid a visit to the SPb ТПП
to discuss cooperation between two countries.
The Turkish delegation was headed by the president of MITAGED
Mjufit Shekerchi. The delegation was included representatives of
local administrations and the companies from İstanbul, Antalya,
Ankara, Mersin and, Косаeli.
Assistant to the president of SPb ТПП A.Savoshchev
presented the necessary information regarding the chamber,
activities of SPb ТПП and its influence on
development of economy of St.-Petersburg to the participants of
Turkish delegation.
Prospects a cooperation to be established between two countries were
discussed during meetings. The St. Petersburg commercial and
industrial chamber also organized a visit on State Unitary
Enterprise and Water canal of St.-Petersburg.
